Simply call the access number included in the confirmation text message, listen to the message, if dialling from a different phone from that which you bought your card from then use the PIN included in the welcome text, enter the full international number - do not press send again. That's it your connected. For queries about the billing procedure please go to the 'How are my calls billed' frequently asked question.

4. What happens when, after dialling my international destination, I hit the send button on my mobile?
Our service works when you call our access number then, at the prompt, key your international destination without pressing send. Our service will recognise that you have completed dialling your destination number and, following a short prompt to inform you of the number of minutes available to your destination, we will connect your call.
If you press send on your mobile, at any time, after dialling the international number you will put the first call (to our service) on hold and will start another call through your mobile provider's service. This will result in your mobile provider charging you for an international call.
So remember, to continue to enjoy low cost international calls from your mobile, DON'T PRESS SEND!

5. What if I have sent a text requesting a top up, but have not received a confirmation message back?
Generally a confirmation message is sent instantaneously, however very occasionally for example at peak times the mobile networks maybe congested which means that the confirmation message maybe delayed. If after a couple of hours and you have not received the confirmation message please contact our customer services team who will be able to identify what the issue is.
